James P Foster, LMSW, LCDC is the Primary Counselor for The Right Step
Dallas Intensive outpatient Program.  James has several years of experience in the
treatment of addictions.  He received his License as a Chemical Dependency
Counselor in 2009.  He has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Rehabilitation                              Studies
from the University of North Texas.  In 2012 he earned a Masters of Science degree in
Social Work.  He is currently working toward his license as a clinical social worker
(LCSW) under the supervision of Julia Schmitz Crump, LCSW with Northpark
Counseling Associates.

James is strongly committed to helping individuals and family's through the pain of addiction and developing recovery plans that encourage and foster long term serenity.
                                        Steve Crump, LPC, LCDC is  the Executive Director of The Right Step,                                                                Dallas, Plano and Carrollton.   Steve has thirty years of experience in the treatment                                                       of addictions.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas                                                        A&M and his Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the                                                                  University of North Texas.  He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed                                                      Chemical Dependency Counselor.

                                                     Steve has developed a number of Dallas area inpatient and outpatient programs.  He believes in providing treatment using the most up to date evidence based techniques with strong emphasis on relapse prevention and family counseling.  Currently, along with managing the three IOP programs he is co-owner of North Park Counseling Associates.
